Move More Eat Less
I just returned home from yet another fun girl’s weekend at the lake. After seeing a few less than flattering pictures of myself I decided it’s time to get my belly in gear and make some changes. First step, daily cardio. Dusted off that treadmill, plugged in my Nook and got moving. 45 minutes goes by pretty quickly watching a movie! Notice the incentive on the wall to keep me on the treadmill!
Now comes the hard part Eat less. Today I decided to have a fruit smoothie. Quick and easy since I already had fruit cut up. I measured the fruit
Threw it in the blender and filled with water.
Add a hard boiled egg and half a peach. I’m on my way.
Fruit Smoothie
Yield: 1 serving

Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen cubed watermelon
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup cubed honeydew melon
1/2 cup cubed cantalope
1/2 medium frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
